George Tarnaras

George Tarnaras received his Diploma degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2016 from the University of Patras, Greece. In his diploma thesis with title "Design & implementation of a layer 2 optimal routing and topology discovery algorithm using Software-Defined Networking techniques" he started engaging with the research areas of cloud computing, NFV and SDN. Now, being part of NAM group as a PhD student, he is continuing with undiminished interest research around relative topics. His main research areas are network management & security, Software-Defined Networking, IoT, cloud computing and virtualization.
